Our Mission

To help full-time employees quit their jobs, take back their time, and make more money than they've ever made in their lives.

We know we will be successful when every trader can provide abundantly for their family, have time to enjoy their lives, and consistently generate profits from the markets.

At the end of the day, it's not about us. It's about you.

CORE TENETS

Let Your Winners Run

We are here to make money. So many traders give into their emotions and allow their success to be cut short. Letting your winners run means not letting the fear of missing out on profits force you out of a trade too early. If the trade is still giving us profits, then we stay in and capture as much of it as possible.

Focus On Risk

Gamblers focus on profit. Traders focus on RISK. Above all else, we need to understand what we are risking for what we can potentially gain. A profitable trader will always maximize the difference between what they're risking and what they stand to gain.

Be Your Own Boss

Trading should be treated like a business. This means that you must hold YOURSELF to a higher standard than anyone else would ask of you. Control every aspect of your life and OWN your decisions and outcomes as if this were your company. Make decisions that will better your trading business. When we become accountable, we have all of the power.

Be Aggressive

The opportunities we see in the markets are incredible. But they are also short lived. We must be willing to aggressively take profits as they opportunities present themselves. If we don't, someone else will.

Don't Sugar Coat It!

Truth is best left untampered with. In order to grow, we need to know what keeping us back. This isn't possible if we aren't willing to face the hard facts of why we haven't reached our goals yet. The amount we grow is directly correlated with the amount of uncomfortable conversations we are willing to have with ourselves, not by sugar coating it.

Practice Humility

Humility is focusing on being right over appearing to be right. Humble people admit when they are wrong and use what they learned from their mistakes to grow. When making a decision, we must focus on WHAT is right, not WHO is right. To be traders that continue to thrive, we must promote humility in our lives and ignore the ego and pride that keeps us stagnant.
